I chose this provider because my previous experience of day 2 and day 8 tests (with another provider) was not a positive one. This time around I was much happier. The test kits arrived on time and had clear instructions. The process was simple and efficient. We were able to access our test results within 24 hours. The online account is very helpful. All in all very satisfied.

My experience was with the online ordering of my covid -19 testing. I had to be tested day 2 of arrival and didn't realize I should have ordered the test a week before for most other companies Abicare took my order online less than 2 days before arrival, and delivered the test my first full day there in plenty of time for me to be in compliance. Did I also mention that it was less than £20? A bargain! On time service and an easy process to register my results (I'm an Android user and some companies only have apple apps) If we have to test for our next visit then I would definitely use their service again.

I bought day 2 and 8 tests and test to release. Tests were delivered ahead of time on the day of my arrival to UK. Test were supplied with instructions that are easy to follow. I received the day 2 and test to release results on the afternoon of the following day. Day 8 result was slightly delayed and I only got it on midnight of day 9. Overall this was a positive experience. It would be nice if the instructions sheet supplied with the tests had a contact number in case something is not clear.
